Is the hotel and spa sectors ready for a new industry standard/certification – starting with the hotel bedroom and spa treatment room? This includes Wellbeing Through Design.
With no wellness standard/certification of any kind currently available in the hospitality and spa sectors, are we ready for such a standard or certification?
