Awards Timeline
All entries are required to abide by these terms of reference in order to be eligible for the awards. Should the entries fail to comply with these requirements the auditing firm shall be authorised to invalidate entries and/or reserve the right to reassign them to another category which they do comply with.
Invitation / Application:
Applications are now open for Spa & wellness operators and related businesses, product suppliers, distributors and manufacturers to apply online for any of the relevant categories in the APSWC Awards 2025 at www.apswc.org
Deadline for Applications:
17.00 Friday 7th March 2025
Nominations Announced:
17th March 2025. The APSWC Awards Committee will announce nominations together with voting methods and procedures. All details will be released to the media and posted on the awards website and social media platforms.
Public Voting:
Voting by the general public will be open in specified categories from Wednesday 19th March 2025 until 17.00 Saturday 5 April 2025. All general public voting is weighted against judging panel voting.
Announcement:
The results of voting shall remain confidential and shall be known ONLY relevant persons or parties as deemed relevant by the APSWC Board to verify the voting, calculate weighted voting and complete production of the Award Trophies in a timely manner. Winners will be publicly announced on Friday 25 April 2025 at the awards ceremony during the APSWC Round Table.
Application Fee:
An application fee of USD150 is payable with no limit on the number of categories entered. Payment of the application fee also entitles the applicant to one-year complimentary membership to the Asia Pacific Spa & Wellness Coalition. Where the applicant is already a member of the Asia Pacific Spa & Wellness Coalition no application fee is payable, providing the voucher code is used when applying. Application fees are not refundable, even where the application iis incomplete or not deemed valid. Membership is valid from date of confirmation of payment for 12 months with full membership benefits.
Judging Panel Voting:
Voting in all categories except the Lifetime Achievement category shall be done by the Judging Panel – key industry professionals invited by the APSWC Awards Committee and representing spa, wellness, tourism or fitness in the Asia Pacific region. Judging panelists may enter the Awards, but are not able to vote in any category which they have had their application verified.
