The Asia Pacific Spa & Wellness Coalition is pleased to launch the APSWC Awards 2023, the spa and wellness industry awards by the industry for the industry.  Awards are often about “the best spa”, which is extremely difficult to validate when you have an industry of such diversity.   The APSWC has devised this introductory list of categories to focus on a broader more inclusive sense of wellbeing so that we can be as inclusive as possible to all sectors of the industry.  We are open to your feedback if you have any suggestions, but the decision of the Awards Committee is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

These awards are open to the entire industry including APSWC Members and industry operators who may not be members.   The application process has been kept as simple as we can.   Please note that the awards committee has applied a maximum word count on some questions.  All questions in the application category must be completed before the application can be submitted.   Payment forms part of the application process, and only when payment is received can the application be considered complete.

Application Fee:  USD $50 per category, with special rates for APSWC Members (contact member@apswc.org for member discount code)

It is recommended that you read the category details carefully and given an appropriate answer or attachment.  DO NOT copy and paste text from your website, as such text rarely addresses the question being asked and you risk not making the shortlist of candidates.

Applications close 5pm (GMT+9) on 15th January 2023

Only online applications will be accepted.  Postal applications will not be considered.

Applications will be verified by the Awards Committee, who reserve the right to request additional information if the application is unclear.

Short listed nominations announced 30th January 2023.   We reserve the right to have a maximum of 10 nominations in any one category.  Should more than 10 applications qualify, the Awards Committee reserves the right to determine additional criteria in that category.

Voting open on the APSWC website from 30th January until 5pm (GMT+9) 10th March 2023

Additional awards may be presented at the discretion of the Awards Committee.

Counting of all votes will be done by CPA Accountants, Singapore and neither the Awards Committee not any member of the APSWC shall know who the winners are until the envelope is opened on 16th March at the APSWC Round Table 2023 in Singapore

Conflict of Interest & Transparency.  Should any applicant be known personally by an Awards Committee member it is the responsibility of that committee member to make it known that a potential conflict of interest exists.  In the event such conflict does exist, that Awards Committee member shall abstain from making any decisions on the verification or short-listing of that category.  In the event all committee members are in conflict, the APSWC Chairman shall reserve the right to appoint a sub-committee of three impartial industry leaders to verify and shortlist that category.

The counting of votes will be conducted by CPA Partnership Pte Ltd., a Singapore based consulting firm (www.cpa-partnership.com.sg) with a global affiliate network of trusted partners that include major firms from industries that include accounting, consulting, legal, technology, training, and financial institutions.
