Voting in Products categories shall be done by the Awards Judging Panel and the General Public on a weighted basis where public votes account for 50% of the total category vote.
Voting by public will be done online, while voting by the judging panel shall be done by email. General Public vote – one vote per person. Only votes cast by 09.00 Friday 8 March 2024 will be considered valid. IMPORTANT: If short-listed for any product award, the nominee if requested must provide (at their own expense) at least three (3) retail sized products with actual labelling and packaging and to be received at an address of the Awards Committee’s choosing no later than 31 January 2024. The samples may be subjected to chemical analysis by a laboratory to verify any claims made. Such testing shall be at the expense of the awards organiser. The results of the testing shall be viewed only by the Awards Committee. No discussions will be entered into. |

- PRODUCT INNOVATION OF THE YEAR
Product innovation may be in use of a new ingredient, new technolocy, new packaging, new concept etc. and has been launced in 2023 or 2024. Products launched in 2022 or before do not qualify.
Innovation must be defined & improve the quality, efficacy, marketability or sustainabiilty of the product and may apply to one product, or a line of products appropriate for use by spa and wellness professionals. PRODUCT INNOVATION OF THE YEAR award application must include:
14.1 Company Registration
14.2 Exert of official product registration for sale as required by local laws of at least (1) product. 14.3 Statement of what the innovation is, and how is improves the quality, efficacy, marketability or sustainability of the product*.
14.4 Complete line Product List specifying which products employ the innovation.
14.5 A copy of the company’s Sustainability Policy.
14.6 Testimonials from at least three (3) spa & wellness practitioners or end users.
